Bloomsbury Loft
i wanted to share with you some beautiful and whimsical wool creations by judith mercado, owner of Bloomsbury Loft. judith has many of her lovely things for sale at Peacock Lane and i wanted to show you some of her wreaths. the one that i wanted to buy unfortunately sold just before i could get it, but all these lovelies are still there.
all of her creations are made from wool clothing she buys at Goodwill and yard sales and after boiling the wool, she fashions these lovely flowers.
each wreath is unique and has it's own personality and each one makes you smile.
i was particularly taken with the flowers on this wreath that look like morning glories and as you will see, i took quite a few pictures of them.
how about this Christmas cutie? i love the little tree in the middle.
this one is a little harder to see because of the reflection of the mirror, but i love it's softer colors.
these little guys make me feel like i've walked into a Dr. Seuss book.
the wreath i wanted to buy was in soft shades of beige and pink to match my bedroom. i found this picture of it on judith's blog.
this one is hot pink and makes quite a statement.
aren't these guys sweet?
judith's room at the store is truly a delight for the child of any age.

Those wreaths are the neatest creations! I have to say my favorites are the darling Dr Seuss trees - I have a thing for pom poms!! So adorable!!!
Love your pretty mantel decorated for Christmas too!! The clock is so pretty and I love you sled- I have been trying to find one of those for ages for my front porch area.
Tomorrow is the other party- it is for the hospice employees- they are the neatest group of people with such big hearts. I do so hope they will feel special and have a good time.

You've certainly showed us some of this girl's talent with crafting, Cindy! Amazing pieces. Are you still real busy with all of your painting? I am finally done with all my trees, thank goodness. I said next year, I am starting right after Halloween so I can have time to enjoy it all. LOL
We are going to try and have a blogger's meet-up after the first of the year. I'll let you know when and where- maybe you will be able to come. I've met quite a few more girls over the past couple of months. Enjoy a wonderful Christmas holiday! ~ Sue
SO much personality in those wreaths. I bet they're fun to make! Thanks so much for popping by with your good words. Such a busy time for visits! I've ALWAYS got something in the way in the middle of the room. Have fun with your decorating!

Thank you for your visit-the snow effect on the bottom pics you asked about was done for me by a fellow blogger and I don't know how she does it but I love it!
